True Blues
True Blues is a rising high school blues band bringing fresh energy to a timeless sound. Made up of a group of dedicated student musicians, the band blends classic blues roots with youthful passion, creating performances that are both authentic and electrifying.
Holding down the groove is bassist Oak, whose deep, steady lines lock in with drummer Anna’s sharp, driving rhythms. Together, they create a solid backbone that lets the rest of the band stretch out and shine. Guitarists Ben and Max trade riffs and solos with confidence and style, balancing gritty blues tones with modern flair. Adding depth and soul to the mix, Elliot on sax and Marlee on trumpet bring a bold, brassy sound that elevates the band’s arrangements and gives their music a rich, full texture. On keys, Arrow adds a new layer of atmosphere and versatility, blending warm organ tones, classic piano textures, and modern accents that expand the band’s sound.
